A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to visit the Aryaduta Bali, which is strategically located along Jalan Kartika Plaza in Tuban, next to Lippo Mall.
It`s quite a bit different from the other properties around that area, as it is more of a “business” hotel rather than a resort. It has a total of 177 elegantly appointed rooms, all of which are very spacious, with 40 to 70m2, which makes them probably some of the largest guest rooms in the Tuban - South Kuta area.
There are two restaurants at the Bali Aryaduta, the Roof Top Restaurant and Henry`s Grill & Bar, which is located at the hotel`s entrance on street level. The latter offers dry-aged prime Australian steak, cooked to perfection on a wood-fire grill. Just last week I was able to try it out during the monthly Skal lunch and I can say that it was indeed a great experience. I`m strongly considering it for my forthcoming birthday. With a good bottle of red wine, I think a marvelous evening is guaranteed…
In addition, Aryaduta also does weddings in their Heavens Chapel, and there is the Roof Top Pool Bar for a variety of light meals and refreshing beverages. The rooftop pool affords splendid views across the ocean, an ideal place to watch the sunset over nearby Segara beach.
